The photos cover from the bottom station to the 1st station, being the rain forrest and the 2nd. station where Barron Falls can be viewed. From there we caught the cable cars to the top at Kuranda.

                             

Now is the time to let you have a look at some great shots taken on our next adventure starting just up the road from our base at Smithfield. We booked into take the Kuranda Skylift to Kuranda and return on the train. The lift stops twice on the way up, the 1st stop gives you a short walk through a rain forrest, the 2nd takes in short walk to view the Barron Falls. At the top we took in the local markets and had lunch at the Old Kuranda Hotel before departing again, this time taking the old train in which most carriages were over 100 years old back down. The trip up took 1.5 hours and was the same on the return journey. So sit back and enjoy the views.
